A Rose from the Ashes

Product condition as ordered and arrived in a timely fashion. We had had the opportunity to meet and hear the author speak, and wanted another copy of this book for our son. Very inspirational and well written.

Excellent story, excellent example of how lucky we in America are to be free.

I really enjoyed this book, I read it through to the end in one sitting, I just couldn't put it down. I was very inspired by her ability to forgive. I hope to become more forgiving myself. We are so lucky here in America. I hope to be able to meet the author, as I go to church with the granddaughter of Jonathan, her husband. Adrienne Walsh, Franklin, TN

Priceless

I found the story was easy to read and it held my attention. The story was inspiring and gave insite to what the jewsish people must have gone through physcially, emotionally, and spiritually. Her personal account was a wonderful testamonial for those who parished and the power of forgiveness. Mrs Price having the strength to forgive such horrendous treatment is a shining example to us all.

Excellent Book from a Holocaust Survivor

The writter of this book is the best. I found I could not put this book down. Horrors Rose endured are heart breaking (she was a child when this began). How can/could mankind be so mean and cruel, so utterly mad with inflicting pain and horror on people? This book should be on a must read list. You will be glad you did!

Fan of Rose

Easy reading but hard going. It has an easy, flowing style with lots of human interest details of her life... outside of the camps. The Concentration Camp sections are difficult to read. This is truly a great lady, right up there with Corrie TenBoom.
