One of my favorites!

I found this book as I was searching for something, anything to read on depression, anxiety and fear. I am just finishing it up now and I have enjoyed it so much. The reason I like it is because he doesn't pretend to have easy answers. In alot of books that deal with emotional problems there seems to be a quick fix and "Boom" they are better overnight. That always leaves me feeling like a failure. With this book, though, I feel like I have a partner in the struggle. If you suffer from depression, fear or anxiety and need to know there are others out there that suffer too, then read this one!
