Loved the book I even order part 2,this book is off the hook.i even have my husband in time the story.

DNF: i just could not get into it. corny and kinda unrealistic.

a believable read about a woman who dealt with a DERANGED baby daddy, etc.

i loved this book. i read it in like 8hrs. there was never a dull moment. some of the things she went through might be almost unbelievable to people who have been luckily enough not to deal with verbal/mental abuse from a 'babydaddy' but those who have know this is a story that can very well be true. A definite read!!!! i love how she shows Tressa's trial & tribulations so she has to learn to be a stronger person & that money doesn't always make you happy.

THIS WAS ONE OF THOSE BOOKS THAT HAD U HOOKED FROM THE BEGINNING. NIKKI TURNER OUT DID HERSELF THIS TIME AS SHE DOES ALWAYS. THE ONLY THING I REALLY CANT STAND ABOUT THESE BOOKS IS THE TYPOS. U GET INTO THE BOOK THEN A TYPO CAN THROW U OFF. THE ONE THING I WANT FOR TRIPLE CROWN TO DO IS RE-EDIT UR BOOKS SO THEY CAN BE RIGHT, OTHER THAN THAT THE BOOKS IS THE BOMB. I KINDA CAN RELATE TO TRESSA IN THIS BOOK BECAUSE SHE HAS ALL THESE STRUGGLES BUT OTHER PEOPLE LOOKIN FROM THE OUTSIDE IN WOULDNT THINK SHE WAS STRUGGLIN. I KNOW ALL ABOUT THAT. TRESSA HELD IT DOWN THOUGH. ANYBODY THAT HASNT READ IT, U NEED TO RENT IT OR GO OUT AND GET THIS BOOK.

Nikki Turner did it again! Every woman out there should read this book. The storyline is easy to relate to especially if you know people like Tressa. Nikki did a good job portraying Tressa's story. She was smart, determined,and full of drama. I can picture the backstabbing friend like Dutchess, the biggest hater of all, Gyspy and the controlling and jealous babydaddy Lucky. Being From VA myself, I can relate to the plots.This book deals with all the tough issues we as women may encounter in life like Being a single parent, haters, backstabbing friends, and no good men. The ending has a very unexpected twist when we found out that Indie is really alive. It brought tears to my eyes when Wiggles died. She was the mother figure to Tressa and took good care of the twins. This book really captures its audience and I personally couldn't put it down. A true page turner!

Nikki Turner has done it again in her sophomore book - A Project Chick. Tressa, a single mother of twin boys has a rode of hardship ahead of her. But hardship does not keep her down. She wants the best for herself and for her children. This book was off the chain. It showed how a woman can be a victim and then become VICTORIOUS. Thank you Nikki for a book that was not just glue, words, and paper, but a Journey into a world that you created.Know where your blessing come from and continue to conquer.

NIKKI TURNER HAS DONE IT AGAIN. THIS BOOK WAS EXCELLENT , FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END FULL OF DRAMA AND SUSPENSE. THIS BOOK IS ABOUT A GIRL WHO WENT FORM RAGS TO RICHES , UPS AND DOWN ALL BECAUSE OF HER SON'S FATHER. THIS BOOK TEACHES YOU THAT ALL THAT GLITTERS ISNT GOLD.
