Prayer Book For Today's Catholic

When I first started my journey back into prayer, "A Prayer Book For Today's Catholic" was the very first prayer book that I purchased. The book contains prayers for every occasion, and is written in everyday, layman's terms that allow for a true "connection" with God while I pray.While I have purchased a number of prayer books since, I find myself constantly pulling "A Prayer Book For Today's Catholic" off of my shelf. The thoughtful, insightful reflections truly capture not only my wants and needs, but my thanks... and I find that after I pray from this book, I truly feel closer to God.
