A Poem Grows in Brooklyn is my second poetry book and is a collection of poems written over a two year period. A number of the poems speak to my hometown. The Brooklyn of old and the current changing Brooklyn. Some of the poems also addressed many of the social issues that have occurred during this two year period. In the spirit of art supporting social justice, 100% of the earnings from the sale of this book will be donated to Small Steps Now Incorporated. Small Steps Now is a not-for-profit with the mission of supporting educational opportunity for children.
