On those nights when the thick forest is particularly quiet, when only one moon rests in the sky, Jessy will sleep deeply. She dreams of her children playing at her feet. She feels her husband's warm embrace. When she awakes, the children climbing in to share her bed are not the children of her dreams. The man laying beside her is not the same man she embraced when she slept.
