I read this book before I became a Sabbath keeper. It's a very short, easy to read book and I do recommend it. I know its purpose is to convince people to keep the seventh day Sabbath. I feel it falls short in this regard. Samuele Bacchiocchi's books do a much better job of this. What this book did for me was convince me that taking one day out of seven off was a really good idea. At that time, my "Sabbath" became Sunday at 7 a.m.-Monday at 7 a.m. It was only later that I came to the seventh day Sabbath through a Bacchiocchi book. In short, the book does a good job of convincing one to keep *a* Sabbath, but falls short in making a case for *the* (seventh day) Sabbath. I give this book a "B," so it gets 4 stars instead of 5.
A must have for every Christian's bookshelf.
