I highly recommend this book to business and political leaders

Dr. Bethel's approach to leadership in a changing world is marvelous. She clearly defines and outlines the 8 requirements of a modern leader with expert perspective, insightful interviews, and relevant stories. Every single page is loaded with useful and enlightening information, as opposed to many of the other books written in the business world that can be summarized in 2 pages. Dr. Bethel truly put her heart into every word and I know that I will read this book over and over many times throughout my life. Another outstanding job by Sheila Murray Bethel. Very insightful interviews with admired leaders. As a constant student of success I am always interested in how people have made it to the top.
