Great for the little ones, but can rip without help

All the mini magic books are great for the little ones - my daughter loved this in the 10month-18 month range. The are simple - one main animal that goes from an outline to a colored animal when the insert is pulled out. The excitement of the color change and the action of pulling out the page is entertaining for babies. There are other smaller pictures on the pages to talk about too. Just keep it as a "read-with" mommy or sitter or daddy book since the inserts can be pulled out with frequent and determined pulling, but should handle regular tugs by baby as the book is being read.

Cute little color book

Cute little book about colors, children love it. I wish it were a little larger.

Great Little Book

Very unique and unusual and an especially good value. I've never seen books like this series before and my granddaughter loves to pull out the little pages to reveal the colors.

It truly is magic....

My 2 year old son loves this book. When you pull the tabs, the sea creatures magically change from black and white to color. The only problem is that an overly zealous toddler can pull the tabs too hard and rip them. Our book was ripped in about 30 seconds. Otherwise this is a great book. I want to get the whole series...
