This book came about because I didn't have a clue about what happens to a person during Pregnancy, and ultimately the big, frightening end game of the actual Birth. I felt that if I could unveil a few of the minor and major things that happen during this massive event, then perhaps other women might not feel as apprehensive as I did first time around. I had the manual, which told me the actual facts about the every day growth of the baby inside me, but I didn't have the manual about the thoughts, feelings and fears which would assail me daily.
