A Mexican Twilight also provides the novel reader with a pleasant time of reading. For historians, it gives a softened way of looking at the history of the two countries through the eyes of people who were there, or continue the oral history of how it was in those dramatic times.
Much of written history seems to be written from eyes at the top. Thank you for presenting a view from street level, where there was not always hard pavement and defined routes.
