the best history textbook i have seen

Literally in all my life this is the one of the best history book i have seen... the only flaw is it does not have other great empires as a main topic but a sub topic. ex.persia, mongolia, etc. and that it is also long but over all its a VERY good book

It is a very nice book, but don't buy the book expecting tons of detal. It is a nice book just to get an overveiw of a subject.

I enjoyed looking through this book, though I did not read the whole thing; it is a very long book. If you are interested in ancient Chinese, Greek, or Roman civillizations I suggest you get this book. It includes many maps and lots of great info.

This is a good book if you are interested in history...it covers many ancient civilizations and how they lived. It includes maps of what the cities might have looked like, and several geographical maps. It also has the wonders of the world in the back and what they might have looked like...this is a worthwhile book but very long.
