My First Regency Romance Book!

A Merry Go-Round by Coral Hoyle was the first Regency romance book that I ever read and it was a very good book and made me a fan of Regency era romance books and is still one of my favorites! Kate McClintock is a nieve young woman who's family gets her involved in pretending to be a famous Contessa who is very wordly and a famous flirt and the inexperienced Kate doesn't expect to meet handsome Maxim Wolverton who knows the real Contessa and isn't fooled by Kate's charade and wonders what her motives are. This is a very good book and I recommend it and unfortunately I didn't keep it for my keeper shelf, but I had bought it in a used book store and I will definitely be looking for this book again when I go back to the used book store.
