Ellie lives with her mum and little brother Darcy, who challenges both of them with his behaviour. During a visit to a farm, Ellie and her family are introduced to two horses and their carer, and discover something that has the potential to change all of their lives.

A single-parent family escapes the stresses at home and everyday life during a visit to a farm where they discover a deeper peace than they had expected.Being truly present and mindful in nature assists mother and children in releasing anxiety and experiencing some moments of emotional regulation and inner peace.
