Inspiration for the journey

After wetting yourself laughing from the stories at the beginning of each chapter (all pregnancy related, but a guy can still appreciate the humour!), you'll really get something out of this book. This isn't a list of formulas or '7 steps to...' - it's a book that inspires you to live a bigger life, and equips you to start in that direction. The book doesn't have all the answers, but it propels you on the journey (or should I say rollercoaster ride!) that is (as Christine says) 'a life unleashed'.

This book is a real eye opener. Anybody body who is feeling even a little out of sorts with their life will feel better about themselves after reading this book. I laughed and cried along with Christine while reading this book. Not only because of the experieces she went through, but because I could relate to some of her experiences. I definately recommend this book!!
