A facinating and soul searching experience to find peace.

As Rachel Lieberman's husband,I have first hand experience with this book. It is truly a labor of love, a most reader friendly, non-technical book. The book reaches out and touches those who are searching for experience, strength and hope in their lives. This, her first book, holds your interest throughout with personal poety, journaling and prose. This book helped me with some of my dysfunctional issues and to better understand the nature of this insidious dis-ease of codependency that so many of us suffer from. Our relationship together,has developed and matured, as a result of Rachel's desire to heal and find the person inside that she was meant to be.
