A great book that made me look at the Hobbit in a different way!

The Hobbit is one of my all time favorite books. This book is clear full of deep insights that made me appreciate Bilbo’s story more and more. In particular, I appreciate that the author is very real. He openly says how being a Christian is not always going to be peaches and cream, that there are going to be some very very tough days — but he says it in a hopeful way, one that makes you see there are reasons to hold on. This book is well worth having on your shelf if you want a deeper love of the Hobbit.
