A Guide To Kelly Link's Book Of Love

It is not the intention of this companion workbook to serve as a substitute for the original book; rather, its major purpose is to enrich the complete reading experience of "The Book Of Love." Your engagement with the concepts that are offered in the major text may be increased by the use of this workbook, which works as a constructive supplement by providing you with tasks that spark thinking, recommendations, and insights that may be put into action.

About the original book

The Book of Love is a narrative about love - and death and resurrection and kissing people and growing up and sibling rivalry and horror. This is a story about stories that even touches on writing. Mo's grandmother, Maryanne, who passed away while Mo was away, was a prolific writer who wrote 73 books in 42 years. Late one night, Laura, Daniel, and Mo find themselves beneath the fluorescent lights of a high school classroom, almost a year after disappearing from their hometown, the small seaside community of Lovesend, Massachusetts, having long been presumed dead. Which, in fact, they are. With them in the room is their previously unremarkable high school music teacher, who seems to know something about their disappearance and what has brought them back again. Desperate to reclaim their lives, the three agree to the terms of the bargain their music teacher proposes.
