Angela Winters was the first romance writer that I read. I loved this book and it is one of my favorites of all time. I kinda like the Cinderella story thing. It has great suspense and action as well as lovable characters. I read this book twice and enjoyed it both times. I would suggest reading Love on the Run which is Bree's (Marcus' sister) story. Also Marcus is mentioned fleetingly in the book A Capitol Affair which is another great book.

Ok, some of Winters' books aren't the bomb, but this one was great. Talk about funny!! I really loved the storyline. The Harts family is something else, crazy is not the word for them. Sydney and Marcus are a very delightful couple to read about. Granted, the story's development could be trying, but it was a great story nontheless. Go out and get a copy and see for yourself just how good this novel was!

I was not surprised of how well I enjoyed this book because actually, I have enjoyed all of the books by Ms. Winters. This is one that will keep you turning the pages until the very end and then you'll hate its over. If you like books that have family issues, suspense, secrets, deceit, intimacy and an interesting plot.. THIS IS THE BOOK TO READ. If you have read an Angela Winters book, then she delivers in this one as she did with the others. It may fall in the romance genre but it has the touch of real drama. To those who have not read a book written by Ms Winters please select this one you will not be disappointed. Some of my other favorites by Ms Winters are: Sudden Love, Island Promise and Only You.

yes, this book was the bomb! you gotta pick this one up! with the mix of family secrets, trying to deny the envitable, and not being able to, this book with you have turning in circles! this was worth the money and then some. i could really feel the heroine's pain as she tried tried to grabble with her early days of feeling inadequate because of her mother's and step father's constant verbal abuse.i feel in love with this book, not only the characters, and the plot, the way things were overcome, in order to move on. highly recommended, if you love loure bussey, you'll love this one by angela winters
MAJOR DRAMA!
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 24 years ago
In A Forever Passion we met Sydney Tanner. A hardworking college student trying to forget the uncaring, crazy people who raised her. Her biological father was in prison. Her mother and her husband were just down right hateful toward her. Sydney decides to take a fellow student (Gabrielle Hart) up on her offer to stay at her home and research her families history to win $500 in one of her college classes. Well Sydney got more than she bargained for. She meets Gabrielle's older brother Marcus. Sparks fly. This story had so much drama, I couldn't stop turning the pages. Everything was woven together and the characters were something else.We all know that every family has secrets and people don't like it when something or someone threatens to reveal the family secret. Members of this family took desperate measure to ensure their family secret was not told. It actually backfired, because nothing is a secret for long. If you have not read this book, please go out and buy it. You will be glad you did.
