Features three bittersweet stories about people whose lives are forever changed after winning the lottery, including Carl Weber and La Jill Hunt's Easy Street, in which everything changes for a neighborhood when they send a wannabe player to purchase lottery tickets. Reprint.
These stories all had the same basic theme--greed just isn't worth it. All of the characters were well crafted, the dialogue was fresh, and there was humor left and right. The first story about the neighbors was just funny, the second was inspiring but seemed really unrealistic (although the characters were cool), but the third one was so wild that it seemed very realistic. The last one stood out way for than the other two just because it had a beginning, middle, and an end whereas the first two seemed rushed to get to the end. I enjoyed this book.
Really Deserves More Than Five Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the best book that I have ever read where all the short stories were good. Usually one story is good and the others are mediocre. It really doesn't surprise me because Carl Weber is involved. I can't really say I liked one story more than any other because they were all wonderfully entertaining. EASY STREET-If you liked Addicted by Zane you'll enjoy this story. GHETTO FABULOUS- If you enjoyed B-More Careful by Shannon Holmes you'll enjoy this story. And last but definitely not least ONE NIGHT SIX DREAMS-If you liked Shades of Jade by Gloria Mallette you will love this story. This author is going to do very well on the scene with his plot twists and turns. I salute all of these writers on a job well done.

The book was well written. This book gave you four flavors with one thing in common. It had me wondering what I would do if I hit the lottery. Kudos to LaJill, Angel, Carl and Dwayne on this brilliant masterpiece. I was mad it had to end so soon but its all good!! Job Well done

All three stories were excellent. Carl and Jill's story had a great twist at the end. Angel's story was very heart-warming and Dwayne's story depicted the true color of money and the effect it can have on society, on any person, even you. Great writing and character building by all the authors.
Loved It!

A Dollar and Dream was off the hook....all three stories...Carls and LaJill had me smirking, Angel's had me laughing and rooting for the underdog and Dwaynes had me on the edge of my seat. Can't wait to see what Angel, LaJill and Dwayne have coming up. They are sure to be successful.
