Karl-Heinz Stimmer, a SS man from the former Third Reich, is hiding in plain sight right in the heart of Tel Aviv in Israel. Shortly before the War ended in Europe, Stimmer's bosses created an organization known as "Die Wespe", "The Wasp", which provided ratlines to sanctuaries throughout the world where Nazi fugitives could hide and thrive far away from justice. Karl-Heinz Stimmer was one of Adolf Eichmann's "Jewish Experts" in all things Judaica and chooses Mandate Palestine for his sanctuary where he can bore within as a Wasp larva. Crossing into Palestine one day posing as a Holocaust survivor, Karl-Heinz Stimmer becomes "Menachem Silberberg", a Jewish refugee seeking freedom to help build a new country against all odds.
