Are you hungry? Do you like giving to charitable causes or supporting students in their endeavors? Like to learn new stuff? While this book will help you support students in their endeavors and it will enable you to learn new stuff, it can only guide you on how to fill your belly. I am Melinda AKA Mom, Nurse, Teacher, Writer, and P.O.E. (pet owner extraordinaire). I have the privilege teach a life skills class at Tulsa Hope Academy, a private charter school in Tulsa, OK. I feel having a solid basis of "how to adult" is essential once you graduate high school. Arguably, "how to adult" starts with how to feed yourself with relative ease and with as little money as possible. Therefore, our class focuses much of its time on learning how to cook. I wrote this book so the students would have easy access to our recipes. Funds from the sell of this book go towards supporting THA and its students (see question 2 above). While most of these recipes are simple, some may breakdown a seemingly complex dish and show you how to make it with ease (see question 3 above). My solemn hope is for any who purchase this book to find a "favorite" among the many recipes, and: prepare it with your family, share it with your friends, or just add your own little touches to make it perfect for you. Thanks for your support, and keep being awesome
