This is the most straight forward common sense approach to "Customer Service" I have ever seen. very down to earth solid concepts, My company already has most in practice but will be reinforcing and refining with ideas from this book. My company is not where most are however, we are thriving even in this economy because we have practiced a lot of these ideas for 25 years. only downside to this book is the slight religious undertones, and outright religion when researching farther into the author.
