A Must Read for everyone concerned about their health

Dr. William S. Gruss's new book is an excellent book on the subject of anitoxidants and health. I found it very easy to read and filled with clear explanations of what is known how the main antioxidant in red wine Resveratrol works. Despite title "A Cardiologists Guide to", the book is well within the reach of the general public and is of distinct value. Added benefits to the practicing physician and academic researcher are the book's 30+ pages of literature references and comprehensive index.
