Excellent Christian book to encourage believers to live right.

This book is excellent. I've browsed many books with this kind of title that seem preachy but unmotivating, leaving you feeling like you will just never measure up. However, this book is exhorting AND motivating to change for the better. It all has to do with the heart and what we act like comes out of our heart. Through this book and scripture, the author helps us as Christians to take an honest look at ourselves, using the Word as our plumbline and challenging us to see where we measure up and where we fall short in our walk with Christ. I don't agree with everything she presents. For example, I don't believe that Christian women have to wear a skirt or a dress every day and wear their hair really long. But she makes a point. We should be noticeably separate from the world, and we should be modest. However,I think people can be over religious with rules, and use them to be judgemental of others; and on the other, we can be just too obsessed with how we look, and focus on striving on pleasing others and fitting in with the world. We have to seek God for ourselves for Him to reveal to us a proper balance.
