Fun collection of fairy tales

This is a 1973 anthology of 13 fairy tales from around the world that have been collected and retold by Ruth Manning-Sanders. It is one in a long series of such anthologies by the author. It has one of my very favorite Manning-Sanders tales: "Jon and the Troll Wife," a tale in monsters are not the monsters they're cracked up to be and a little kindness goes a long, long way.
