Best ever

Just bought this book at convention. Lists certain pages to read at certain times. Read the whole book twice since yesterday. This is the most comprehensive & helpful material to lose & keep off weight with a great attitide I've ever read. I have lost & kept off 40 lbs in the past several years. Had started to put a little back. I have now found the way in a very informative lite reading way. Everything is clearly stated & very easy to understand. So many weight & help books seem to go on until you don't know what your reading & put it away. Five stars to Dr. Rankin
