Practical, simple and very well explained

I purchased the book and video together from [...] and have been very impressed. As one in the process of recovering from chronic mono, a traditional qigong exercise regiment (I am also doing Soaring Crane Qigong from [...]) is sometimes too long. This is the perfect length and I am very, very pleased. The Extended Explanation on the video is also very helpful.

Renewed Energy

This is an amazing routine for renewing energy, feeling centered, and sleeping well. I first started using the 7 minute morning and evening routine when I was jetlagged and in the middle of a 4 day training which lasted over 8 hours a day. Usually, I have a hard time keeping my energy up during these trainings, but the day I started the routine, I felt amazing. I had a clear mind and sustained energy throughout the day. I have been doing the routine for about 2 weeks and haven't felt this energized in 2 years. I have already bought this book and a DVD as gifts for loved ones. I highly recommend this publication.

I have struggled with getting a solid nights sleep for years. The evening routine along with Lee's tips have enabled me to sleep well for the first time in years.

This book really is magic! The instructions are very clear and the routine is simple and effective. The first few times it took me longer than 7 minutes to do the exercises, but with a little practice it's easy to do. My husband and I have been doing the exercises together and it's a great way to start and end the day.

An Efficient Plan for Better Health and Less Stress

"I don't have time to workout!" is probably the most common excuse in the world, but this book will pull that rug right out from under you. 7 Minutes of Magic provides a realistic program that can improve your health in 7, 14 or 21 minutes a day. Are you going to lose 30 pounds in a month with this program? No, but you will certainly feel better and lay the foundation for a healthier lifestyle. I would describe the plan as a mix of yoga, isometric exercise and calisthenics, with a good dose of Tai Chi and Qi Gong thrown in. The primary plans are for morning and evening workouts with a bonus 7 minute plan and extra exercises that you can use to customize your program. The book also contains good advice about nutrition and meditation. If you already exercise an hour a day, you might still benefit from this program, but I think it is best suited for people trying to take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle. You can also buy a companion dvd, but the book has enough photos and explanations to make that purchase optional.
