Dissapointed !

It’s a nice book , but very basic and the recipes suck , recipes are way to basic and cupcakes come out dryer then the Sahara dessert , it’s a nice book to add to a cupcake collection but not useful at all , I’m actually using it as a coaster now , actually more useful that way

A great cupcake recipe book!

I have made 2 sweet cupcakes and 1 savory muffin from this book. They were all very tasty and fun to make! It also has colorful pictures to lend decorating ideas. I plan to use this book for most of my further cupcake endeavors!

This is the best little cupcake book. Very easy recipes, with great success. Great for a gift.

This book contains great cupcake recipes and decorating ideas for kids. But it also has very adult cupcakes as well and they taste fabulous. This book is great.

USE CAKE FLOUR!

My husband bought this as a gift for me since I LOVE CUPCAKES! I have never baked anything that didn't come from a box, so I was excited to try it. We have tried a few of the recipes and the only suggestion I have is to use cake flour instead of the flours they recommend. When we followed the recipes exactly, the cupcakes didn't seem to be as fluffy as boxed cakes. However, once someone told me to try the cake flour, it made a huge difference. I recommend this book because of the varieties and its is cute too :) PS: I don't like the 500 Cookies book as much.

The Best Cupcake Recipes

I love this book. The recipes are so easy to make. There are varieties here that I would never have thought of. I have made several of these recipes, and so far my favourite would have to be the Cinnamon and Applesauce cupcakes. Sooo yummy. I don't like fiddly recipes, and these definitely are not. There are pictures of the cakes, and at the end of each section there are 3 different variations on each recipe. I would go as far as to say that this book is foolproof. Well, it's definitely me proof!!!
