If I had known years ago what was happening...

You will save your own life on every level if you are dealing with any toxic personality as described perfectly in this book. I never knew what a family member could do to destroy everyone around him, and did not know how to protect the one's he was hurting. I still look back and wish I had had the knowledge, such as reading this book, to understand the TOTAL devastation which an HCP will do. These personality disordered people are not something you can handle alone without the knowledge on how to deal with and protect yourself and other's they may be harming. Please read.
