Another great read by Robert Shemin

I got this book on a flight out from Salt Lake and could not put it down. I have done some real estate transactions in the past but without a real direction just deals I fell across. This book helped me to create a plan by the step-by-step directions and got me motivated. I have already stated to implement the ideas in my own transactions. Already having Secrets of a Millionaire Real Estate Investor and Secrets of a Millionaire Landlord I knew this book would be extremely helpful. I can't wait to see the increase in profits from this next deal. Anyone who is in real estate investing or looking to become a real estate investor should get this book.
