This book arrived in a timly manner and in great shape. The book is for professional builders & remodelers and can be difficult to use if you dont ask for the correct item to look up(correct terminology). It does however update it self every time you use it on CD.

Great Place to Start

The one other reviewer missed the point that prices are per foot! Multiply by 30 and he'd be in the ballpark. This is an excellent source book for remodelers looking to establish a reasonable price for a job. You'll still have to do some hand tweaking to cover a few odds and ends, but in general it's all here. Gives cost + and - percentages for major cities in all states. Updated annually.
