Excellent book! Great work out routines, great menu plan. I have recommended this book to many people!

Excellent, healthy, and DEFINITELY works!

This book/program is a fabulous body maintenance/weight loss tool! The diets/menus are set up to be completely balanced and you get to eat SIX times a day! I started on a Monday and by Thursday has lost 4 lbs already! Awesome way to kick start your metabolism and shed some pounds, firm up your muscles, and FEEL GREAT! Totally recommended! A+++

I'm Sure this book is great....

but I wouldn't know because I ordered it from A1books in April and it still is not here. They respond to my emails by saying "keep waiting for it". Just want you to know that they sell you books you will never recieve. I was hoping to lose a few pounds before a vacation I am taking June 6th. Book never arrived, so I guess my few pounds are coming on this trip too. Other books by Chris Freytag have been wonderful and I highly recommend "Move To Lose" and was really looking forward to reading 2 week turnaround. DO NOT ORDER FROM A1books!

2-week total body turnaround

I love this book! I'm officially starting the program today, but I've already started some parts of it. I love the way Chris put everything I need together, day-by-day! Although I've never done much strength training, I could feel a difference after 2 days, and I've even gotten my 12-year old son involved in the strength training. I'm very excited about the next 2 weeks!!

great way to get fit!

I bought this book to learn how to get fit, and to do the exercises correctly and not to hurt my 50 year old body. If you follow the program you will reach your goal. I would recommend this book.
