Each project has seven pages to record the planning and results of your next 15 handwoven projects.

The first two pages includes information collected for planning the project as well as project completion notes for easy reference:

There are many wonderful printables available online though none contained all of the information I was looking for or the printouts were misplaced along with all the precious notes they contained.
