Best vegetarian cookbook ever

This is the best vegetarian cookbook I've ever used. Every dish I have made from this volume has been delicious, easy, and quick. While some of the recipes take a little planning ahead (ie, calling for cooked rice) the majority really do whip up in no time, and the combinations are creative, tasty and generally quite healthy. I find that with most cookbooks, I make a few recipes, and then lose interest because they are hit or miss. I've worked my way through at least half of the recipes in this book and always turn back to it. I would most highly recommend this cookbook for anyone who is low on time, but still wants interesting, delicious meals!

This is one great cookbook!

This cookbook continues to amaze my wife and I. I am a new vegetarian. This cookbook is just what I needed. Quick, easy and the meals are amazing!!! Love it! I'm looking for more of her cookbooks! I never wright reviews but this book deserves one!!! Great work Susann and Mindy!!!

Delicous,easy, flavorful meals

This book is filled with easy, delicious, healthy recipes. It contains a wide variety of ingredients for vegetarians and vegans, flavorful and simple to make, from appetizers through dessert. There are other vegetarian cookbooks that I love, but none can beat this one for taste and ease.

Inspiring!

I got this book after seeing it at my library and haven't been disappointed with it. It has given me tons of great recipes and lots of ideas. I've found that some of the recipes take more than 15 minutes though (for example, it will call for cooked rice - which takes 45 minutes to cook all by itself). Otherwise, it's been great for me.
