An interesting book!

This is a great book for grade-school kids who are just learning about 9-11. This is the true story of an incredible gift from a tribe of Maasai peoples (half a world away!) to the grieving Americans in the wake of this terrible tragedy. This is a story of hope and a nice tale when teaching younger children about this time in history. This is a large-sized, picture book, so as a teacher or a parent, make sure that you have the shelf space to store it (it sticks out longer than a 3-ring binder). Even knowing this, it's a lovely book to share with young ones. I really liked it!
