Great Tools!

Yes these materials stick to AA principles -- which I trust -- but needed much to go beyond the "bare bones" of AA meetings and lore, to work on ACA/CoDA sides of my character and history. This book has exercises and explanations that sponsored me to a deeper level -- and this was several years ago. The work has paid off in lasting change. We did a 12-Step study group using this book and all have benefited with lasting change. Highly recommend it.
