Refreshing and Innovative

"12 Months of Marketing for Salon and Spa" started my creative juices flowing immediately. I very much appreciate the author's approach to "tribal community" and reminding the reader that we all live around and among people. Why do we always think that we exist alone and cannot reach out for beneficial help? While reading this book, I realized that Elizabeth Kraus knows her subject matter well and can apply her skills and creativity to most businesses (for profit or non-profit). Although I am not in the Salon/Spa industry, I very much resonate with the idea of networking with those businesses/groups around you to create "buzz" and "synergy". You will need to read the book for yourself to get the "nuggets of creativity" that abound in this book. It is full of practical ideas and timelines to help the sole proprietor and the indrusty leaders flourish. Enjoy! Mark A.
