A very useful book for people who want to find exercises that will help them build muscle.

Succint, well-photographed and yields significant results.

Gain impressive thews and effectuate a metabolism that burns more calories with this well-organized reference. Plaudits to M & F for this one-stop resource for enjoyable,productive workout regimens. Kudos to the publishers for recognizing that to have a different workout each time one goes to the gym will keep exercise from becoming quotidian.

One of the Best!

This has to be one of the best exercise books I have purchased. It has easy to follow pictures along with exercise routines at the back that make it easy for anyone to begin working with weights or to improve on their current routine. A must have in your library!

Awesome Gym-Bible. Excellent Resource for Ideas!

Albeit not for a new gym member, this book is absolutely phenomenal for ideas on how to mix up your workout. Lots of new moves you hadn't thought of, to hit that muscle a new way. I didn't read much of the text, since that's not what I bought the book for - the pictures and workout ideas are organized well, and gave me the motivation to go all out next time. True - the models look roided out, but that's typical of Muscle & Fitness (Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, etc...).

Great workout book

It's so perfect. All the exercises i need to target my problem areas are all listed in one book. No more guessing. Love it.
