Some good ideas

This book does have some good ideas regarding how to get a meeting to be more active.

Getting Meetings Moving!

This book is the best I have seen (and I've seen several) for a quick reference to meeting activities. Moreover, the activities are incredibly easy to understand and implement and are, in a word, fun! This is a great reference to have on any facilitator's desk, or for the person who leads meetings for his/her company.
