This is a great help in understanding the very confusing world of real estate transactions. Mark Nash's book is invaluable to new buyers but will keep repeat buyers up to snuff on information that changes rapidly in this market. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid costly finacial mistakes by learning about the most important investment most of us will ever make. I wish I had this book 25 years ago-I'm be retired now!

Efficient, Organized, and Well Written

I am the training director at my real estate office as well as a highly successful realtor for almost two decades. I have used this book in teaching as well as a personal reference book.
