Excellent Roadmap

I found this book to be a tremendous roadmap to finding my ideal job. This is the first job-hunting book I have seen that gives you the total package from getting motivated to writing resumes to answering the toughest interview questions.Granted some of the information is basic, however I found that I wasn't doing some of the basic things this book suggested. I think this book far surpassed Parachute and some of the others I have read. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a new job.

Todd's book offers a one-stop solution for a pretty complicated process! He simplifies job hunting and helps motivate you along the way. The book's biggest asset is how it combines so much material that would normally be found in many different places. I've read 5-10 different job hunting/career manuals and this is by far the best book not only for your money, but your time! JOB WELL DONE!

I got a hold of 10 Insider Secrets to Job Hunting Success just as I was laid off from a corporate job. I loved the fact that you could get the information about an effective job hunt so easily! It's a no-nonsense book that gets right to the point. The layout of the book helps you to quickly access the things you want to find out about. There really are some great "insider" tips included. I used Todd's advice about scheduling interviews, which made so much sense, but that I'd never thought about before. I actually got a job offer the very first time out! And Following Todd's advice about resumes got me callbacks on almost every resume I sent out on the internet-- quite a feat, when you consider how many hundreds of resumes companies get via e-mail. If you are job hunting, this is a must-read!
