Great board book

This is a very sturdy, colorful board book. It made a super stocking stuffer. I prefer to give things are educational and will be used and be beneficial to the little ones. It's non-toxic and easy for them to handle and they won't rip the pages. Great buy. It's also good for Baby Shower gifts. It's never too early to read to them and talk to them.

very interesting illustrations and cute simplicity

Simple for the very young, cute illustrations, maybe a little to crazy though, hard to stay focused on the objects in some pictures, but still very creative.

He loves it . . .

We received this book as a gift when my son was born and I started to read it to him when he was just a few weeks old. Even then he was captivated by it because the colors and pictures are so engaging, and now that he's older he still loves it for the same reason. As a parent, I really like this book because, let's face it, you have to read the favorite books over and over and over . . . and you really CAN read this book a little differently each time. On page seven, for example, there are 7 fish, 7 shells, 7 stripes on one fish, 7 spots on another fish, 7 bubbles, etc., so you have a choice about what you want to count. This book is definitely a winner, and it makes a super baby gift!
