Good manga 5

The continuation of the cultural festival. Nice moments of Sasaki and Miyano. The other characters are good. Love reading manga (and I’m okay with BL).

Sasaki and Miyano Volume 5 (Miyano Loves Sasaki!)

It’s been a long road for Sasaki and Miyano. Sasaki has been waiting for months for Miyano’s answer, and in this volume, Miyano uncovers his feelings for Sasaki. But before I go there, the story continues where it left off—in the locked room with Sasaki and cross-dressing Miyano. After Sasaki leaves Miyano in the room, Miyano starts to sort out his feelings. Kuresawa and Tashiro notice some changes in Miyano. Kuresawa and Miyano spend some time BL manga shopping for Kuresawa’s girlfriend. Later, when Miyano speaks to Sasaki, he clarifies that he wants to do the cross-dressing competition since everyone has helped him. Sasaki and Miyano plan to hang out during their festival break time, a date. However, poor Sasaki gets sick before the festival, and Miyano takes care of him, which is sweet. When the festival rolls around, Sasaki gets well and has a memorable time, specifically when Miyano catches Sasaki being a bad boy and when Miyano is cross-dressing onstage. One day, Sasaki and Miyano bump into one another outside school on their day off. Miyano gets to meet Sasaki’s sister and hang out with Ogasawara before he sees a BL live-action production—with Sasaki. It is here where Miyano discovers his love for Sasaki. Maybe it’s the BL manga or Hanzawa predicting Miyano’s future or his friend’s support, but Miyano knows precisely whom he wants—Sasaki. Things quickly heat up when Sasaki puts a blindfold on Miyano. On another note, Hanzawa may have a little crush on Miyano. There is no definitive evidence, but his comments hint at it. Also, Kagiura is worried that Hirano will get too popular when everyone sees him as a bad boy in the festival. Kagiura wants to keep Hirano all to himself, much like Sasaki with Miyano. I believe the next volume will get me caught up with the anime ending. I can’t wait to see the story beyond the show. I want all the characters to find happiness. I’m excited to continue reading the future volumes.
