Given Volume 4 (Given: A Rift Is Beginning to Form)

Uenoyama and Mafuyu are dating, but everything is not sunshine and rainbows. Mafuyu has been spending an awful amount of time with Akihiko to learn the ropes of music, making Uenoyama jealous. Uenoyama confronts Mafuyu about his time with Akihiko, allowing the couple to make up with a kiss. Meanwhile, Akihiko has issues with his roommate and ex, Ugetsu. Akihiko and Ugetsu reflect on their relationship. Ugetsu reveals his relationship with his ex to Mafuyu, with the possibility of using their broken relationship as a song. At the same time, Haruki decides to be a part-time bassist for his ex's band. Akihiko's and Haruki's friendship is rocky, especially when Akihiko crashes at Haruki's place. Haruki gets emotional when Akihiko reveals Haruki's crush and tries to take advance of Haruki's feelings. Haruki distances himself from Akihiko until, one day, he comes back with a new haircut. After many arguments, Akihiko and Haruki somehow agree for Akihiko to stay at Haruki's place. Haruki reveals that no matter how angry he is at Akihiko, he can't stay mad at him forever. For the fourth volume, Natsuki Kizu mainly focuses on Akihiko, Haruki, and Ugetsu. Ugetsu wants Akihiko to get over their relationship and move on. However, Akihiko has been in love with Ugetsu for years. How can Akihiko move on? Unless he were to fall in love with someone else. I hope Akihiko and Haruki can form a relationship in the future volume. This series has been awe-inspiring. I can't wait to read the next one.
