Popular Titles Leaving Netflix and HULU in March 2023

Every month, some of our favorite shows and movies leave streaming services. But that doesn't mean we can't enjoy them anymore. Here's a list of some of the standout films and series that won't be available on Netflix and Hulu anymore. Get your own copy and keep watching them whenever you want.  

HULU

  • The Good Doctor (season 1, season 2, season 3, season 4)—Freddie Highmore plays a brilliant, young doctor on the autism spectrum.
  • Love, Simon—An affable teenage boy struggles with how to come out. Based on the YA novel by Becky Albertalli.
  • Maze Runner: The Death Cure—Based on book three in the YA sci-fi series by James Dashner.
  • I Think We're Alone Now—Peter Dinklage and Elle Fanning are two survivors of a devastating worldwide pandemic.
  • The Jesus Music—A fascinating documentary tracing the evolution of the multibillion-dollar industry of contemporary Christian music.
  • MFKZ—A French-Japanese adult animated science fiction film based on the comic series and the short film of the same name.
  • Blade Runner: The Final Cut—Ridley Scott's noir dystopian thriller, starring Harrison Ford, is as dark and immersive as ever.
  • The 40-Year-Old Virgin—Steve Carrell, Catherine Keener, and Paul Rudd star in this madcap comedy.
  • A Troll in Central Park—A colorful animated film about a friendly troll with a green thumb, who befriends two children living in New York.
  • The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel—This star-studded British comedy-drama is based on the novel, These Foolish Things, by Deborah Moggach.
  • The Breakfast Club—Five teens learn to look beyond labels as they share Saturday detention in John Hughes '80s staple.
  • The Company You Keep—After being exposed as a former 1970s antiwar fugitive wanted for murder, Robert Redford is on the run.
  • Couples Retreat—Vince Vaughn leads an all-star cast in this comedy about eight friends whose vacation in paradise is one they'll never forget.
  • Dante's Peak—A long dormant volcano is about to blow. And it's up to one man to save the townspeople who live in its foothills.
  • Empire Records—Anthony LaPaglia, Renée Zellweger, and Liv Tyler are trying to save the record store they work for in this cult hit.
  • The Eyes of Tammy Faye—Jessica Chastain scored an Oscar for her performance as the wife of infamous televangelist, Jim Bakker.
  • Happy Gilmore—Adam Sandler stars in this slapstick comedy about a rowdy hockey player who discovers he has a gift for golf.
  • He's Just Not That Into You—Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston, Bradley Cooper, Scarlett Johansson are ridiculously hot people looking for love.
  • Heat—This thriller features a criminal mastermind (Robert De Niro) and the L.A. cop (Al Pacino) trying to stop him.
  • Home Alone—Macauley Culkin outsmarts would-be burglars when his family goes on vacation and accidentally leaves him home. The sequel finds him alone in NYC and number three features an all-new new cast.
  • Irrational Man—Joaquin Phoenix and Emma Stone star in this Woody Allen-directed crime mystery drama.
  • Just Go With It—Adam Sandler enlists his loyal assistant (Jennifer Aniston) to pose as his soon-to-be ex-wife to woo the girl of his dreams.
  • The Mummy trilogy—Brendan Fraser is a treasure-seeking explorer in these rousing, suspenseful thrillers.
  • Pearl Harbor—This thriller chronicles the events around the infamous day in America's history.
  • Predestination—A Temporal Agent (Ethan Hawke) is sent on an intricate series of time-travel journeys to save his career.
  • The Prestige—Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale are rival magicians whose epic rival conjures danger and destruction.
  • Real Steel—Hugh Jackman (again!) stars in this gritty, white-knuckle, action ride set in a near-future where the sport of boxing has gone high-tech.
  • The Rider—After a tragic riding accident, a young cowboy, once a rising star of the rodeo circuit, struggles with his identity.
  • Spider-Man (1–3)—Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst star in this Sam Raimi-directed trilogy.
  • The Spy Next Door—Jackie Chan juggles the roles of spy and prospective stepfather in this action comedy about a retiring CIA agent.
  • Superbad—"I am McLovin!" Michael Cera and Jonas Hill make a wild attempt to lose their virginity before graduating high school.
  • Training Day—Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke star as narcotics officers in the gang-ridden neighborhoods of South Central LA.
  • Zeros and Ones—A gritty, tense political thriller set on one deadly night in Rome.
  • Zombieland—The all-star cast of this zombie comedy film includes Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, Abigail Breslin, and Bill Murray.

Netflix

  • Hap & Leonard (season 1)—adapted from a series of novels, this darkly comic swamp noir set in the 1980s is about two best friends.
  • Lee Daniels' The Butler—The story of a White House butler who served eight American presidents over three decades.
  • Brokeback Mountain—"I wish I knew how to quit you." The heart-wrenching cowboy love story is based on Annie Proulx's short story.
  • 21 Bridges—See Chadwick Boseman's performance as an NYPD Detective trying to catch two suspected cop killers.
  • Apocalypse Now Redux—Based loosely on Joseph Conrad's The Heart Of Darkness, this Vietnam epic is directed by Francis Ford Coppola.
  • Coach Carter—The true story of a high school basketball coach (Samuel L. Jackson), who benched his undefeated team over poor grades.
  • Love Beats Rhymes—An uplifting love story about a struggling rapper trying to find her voice. Features real-life music superstars Jill Scott, Common.
  • Margin Call—Set in the high-stakes world of the financial industry, this thriller chronicles the first 24 hours of the 2008 financial crisis.
  • Ordinary World—A former punk rocker (Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong) struggles with his adjustment to the real world.
  • Pineapple Express—This screwball action comedy features Seth Rogen and James Franco as stoners on the run after they witness a murder.
  • Scream 4—David Arquette and Courteney Cox play a married couple in this installment of Wes Craven's campy horror franchise.
  • Shutter Island—Leonardo DiCaprio plays a US Marshall in the adaptation of Dennis Lehane's novel about the disappearance of a convicted murderess.
  • Soldier—This 1998 sci-fi action film is directed by Paul W. S. Anderson, with stars Kurt Russell, Connie Nielsen, and Gary Busey.
  • Sorry to Bother You—Expect the unexpected in hip-hop artist Boots Riley's inventive debut as a director and screenwriter.
  • Speed Kills—John Travolta is a speedboat racing champion and multimillionaire hiding a dangerous secret life.
  • The Conjuring—It's a double feature of fear in this story of a haunted farmhouse.
  • Tucker: The Man and His Dream—Washington and Detroit's Big Three crush Preston Tucker's 1940s car of tomorrow.
  • Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns—Angela Bassett and Jenifer Lewis join the sparkling cast in this third film in the Madea series.
  • Wedding Crashers—Divorce mediators Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson crash weddings in order to seduce women.
  • ZZ Top: That Little Ol' Band from Texas—The true story of how three oddball teenage bluesmen hit the bigtime.
