Actually we're feeling the used book love from a bunch of different directions. We asked some bloggers to sample Thriftbooks.com and publish their thoughts. They come at the site from different perspectives but in general the reaction is a big thumbs up. Some focus on the love of reading, or how important reading is to an individual, while others are more about the nuts and bolts of the shopping experience. I love this one where Nikki gets into really creative ways to wrap the books she's bought as presents.

Before I sign off, these are the books I'm reading at the moment:

• Dresden: Tuesday, February 13, 1945 one of the most harrowing books I've ever read, but I can't put it down.
• Pineapple Grenade – I'm not a laugh-out-loud book reader, but for Tim Dorsey I am making an exception and a fool out of myself in public. This book and the whole series is among the funniest literature I have read. It's also a much needed tonic to the gruesome subject above. I only have one evening left in this book but I'll get more from the Serge Storm series. TD is an American treasure.
