Trevor has been involved in building software for ThriftBooks since 2011 – first as a Software Developer, then Manager, and now VP of Technology. Before joining ThriftBooks he worked at ExxonMobil as a developer and manager. When time permits, Trevor enjoys teaching evening classes in software development at Bellevue College and Everett Community College. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University.
When not at ThriftBooks I am learning how to play the piano and love spending time w/ my family.
When he’s not spending time with his wife and three children, Trevor enjoys reading a mix of fiction and non-fiction. His most recent favorite fiction includes Anne of Green Gables, The Martian, and Allan Eckert's The Frontiersmen. His favorite non-fiction is mostly history, geography, and science. Top picks include The Journey of Man by Spencer Wells, Bill Bryson's A Short History of Nearly Everything, Dava Sobel's Longitude, Ken Jenning's Maphead, and Jared Diamond's Guns, Germs and Steel.
