This book is a must read for both men and women. It gives real examples of the effects of menopause that can be very helpful in understanding what your spouse may be going through. For men it is very enlightening. For women who may wonder why they feel and act out of their norm. It can be devestating to a relationship as it was mine due to lack of understanding on both parties.
